Returns

All items are covered by a full, 1-year warranty. If you have an issue with your item, it can be returned directly to the manufacturer for free repair or replacement, during the term of the warranty. All warranty information and return instructions are provided upon payment. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. However, replacement shipment costs are covered under warranty.

Before returning an item for repair or replacement, customer MUST obtain authorization, and an RMA# from My Asian Trader. Please contact us with information regarding your problem, and we will send instructions as well as your RMA#, after authorization. All returns are processed and authorized as soon as possible. Please be aware that actual repairs/replacements vary in terms of time. However the customer will be kept abreast of any updates regarding their item.

Shipping

Items are typically shipped, during the business week, within 48 hours, and tracking is provided immediately upon shipment. Occasionally, items will have a longer departure time, for a variety of reasons (holiday, weekend, back order, etc.). My Asian Trader makes every attempt to get every order out within 48 hours. However if there is a problem that will cause a delay of shipment longer than 3 business days, the customer will be notified promptly of the situation.

Shipment is typically made via courier: DHL, Fedex, or UPS. Choice of courier will largely depend upon customer's country of residence. Orders typically are delivered within 4-7 business days, again depending on customer's country of residence. These are general time guidelines, and should not be construed as guaranteed delivery times.

Customs Fees

My Asian Trader does everything possible to eliminate or minimize any customs fees or other inconveniences that accompany importing items. Customs forms are filled out thoroughly and honestly. Product prices are published at an accurate, fair rate. Also, courier services are used in most countries. All of these steps and more are taken to help ensure that our customers receive their items quickly, safely, and without hassle.

However, we have no control over local customs offices, which often have significant leeway in what and how they charge fees. If you have a question or concern regarding customs fees or policies for a particular item, please contact your local customs office. My Asian Trader is not responsible for any fees, withheld items, or lost items which come about as a result of local customs office activity.
