Yes, we ship to most of the countries in the world. If you have a specific question regarding shipment to your country, please contact us.

Are your items new, used, or refurbished?
The vast majority of our items are brand new, and come with a full warranty. Occasionally we will list a refurbished item, but this will be noted clearly in the listing. If there is nothing noted in the listing, the item is brand new.

What is your Return Policy?
We stand completely behind every item we sell. All items are covered by a full, 1-year warranty. You may return defective products directly to the manufacturer for a free repair or replacement. You will be provided with all warranty and return information upon payment.
Please be advised that My Asian Trader does not accept returns simply because the buyer changed their mind. We will only accept returns for defective items, which will receive free replacements or full repairs.
All returns must be in like-new condition, with all components and accessories included. Any damage to the item or missing accessories may negate your replacement or delay the process.
Please contact us if you want to return an item, and we will issue you an RMA#. You can reach us by e-mail at [email protected], or by phone at 1-317-210-0565. Once your item is returned, we will inspect it, and your replacement or repaired item will be sent out in a timely manner.

Are your items covered by a warranty?
Yes, the vast majority of our items are covered by a full warranty. If a particular item does not have a warranty it will be clearly noted on the item page. However, 99% of our items carry full, 1-year warranties.

How long will it take for me to receive my item?
We ship all items out within 24 hours of payment (excluding weekends and holidays). Depending on your international location and shipping method, you can expect to receive your item in 3-10 business days. However, most of our items are shipped via an express courier (such as Fedex, DHL, or UPS), and in the vast majority of cases, you can expect to receive your item in about 3-5 days, regardless of your location.

How soon will my item ship after payment is made?
We ship all items out within 24 hours of payment, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a tracking number via e-mail as soon as it becomes available.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal and all forms of payment associated with Paypal (i.e. credit card, e-check, etc.).

Is your customer service in Chinese or English?
We are located in the United States, and you will have an English-speaking customer service team assisting you. You will not have to worry about language barriers or difficult customer service issues. Our team is completely based in the U.S.

Where will my order ship from?
Your item will ship from either the United States or China, depending on a number of factors:
1. Your location - We will always ship in the manner that will allow you to receive your item the quickest. Depending on what part of the world you live in, this could mean shipping from China or shipping from the U.S.
2. Warehouse stock - Certain items that we carry are housed in the U.S., and other items are China-only items.
3. The time of your order - On certain occasions it is more beneficial for the customer to ship from one warehouse rather than another. For example, if there is a holiday in the U.S. that would delay shipment for 1 or 2 days, we will ship from China if it will allow the customer to receive the item faster.
Please note that regardless of whether your item ships from the U.S. or China, all of the following will apply:
1. Your item will go out within 24 hours of payment (excluding weekends and non-business days).
2. Your item will be securely packed, made customs-ready, and shipped using a major courier such as UPS or Fedex (unless other arrangements are requested by the customer).
3. You can expect your item to arrive in 3-5 business days.
Please be aware that customs laws and practices differ from country to country, and you need to know this information and how it will affect any shipment that we send to you. My Asian Trader is not responsible for customs fees or delays caused by customs policies in any particular country.
